  The food and service are reasonable and the prices are acceptable. What was unacceptable was an apparent seating policy that placed non white customers at the back of the restaurant near the bathrooms and white customers at the front of the restaurant. The staff were adamant that no such system existed. Maybe it was a coincidence that 10 white couples exclusively occupied the front sitting room in full view of passersby and every single Indian family was placed in the back room out of sight of passersby on the street. So naturally I attempted to call out the apparently racist policy via email (so as not to create a public fracas). What happened next was appalling. Three different waiters began chastising me publicly for my private comments. Even as I paid the $125 bill the head chef audibly dismissed my complaint suggesting that even if they had a racist policy there was nothing I could do about it other than write an obscure comment on Google. In other words get stuffed. If this was done privately the matter would have ended there. But since it was done publicly I am left with no choice but to make my experience public. Happy dining my fellow brown brothers.

  I dine here on Fridays with a group of retired gentlemen. We have eaten in Indian restaurants all over the world and agree it could be the best Indian restaurant in Sydney. Try the $35 fixed menu More exotic food than you can eat. Worthy of a Michelin star .

  One of the best Indian restaurants in North Sydney. Authentic Indian flavors with great taste. Ambience can be improved though. Overall a nice place that i would recommend to my friends.
